Instructions
  1. Prepare the Coating: In a shallow dish, combine the crushed Cornflakes, Milk, and Vanilla extract. Mix well until the cornflakes are moistened.
  2. Coat the Ice Cream Sandwiches: Quickly dip each Ice cream sandwich into the Coating, ensuring it's fully covered. Work quickly to prevent the ice cream from melting.
  3. Fry the Sandwiches: Heat the Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the coated Ice cream sandwiches into the hot oil. Fry for 10-15 seconds per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve Immediately: Remove the fried Ice cream sandwiches from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Drizzle with Chocolate sauce, top with Whipped cream, and sprinkle with Sprinkles. Serve immediately.
