Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the Beef short ribs to the bowl with the Marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.
  5. Grill or pan-fry the ribs for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely caramelized.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired.
