Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and whisk until well combined.
- Add the Beef short ribs to the bowl with the Marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.
- Grill or pan-fry the ribs for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired.
