🎙️ Cook with voice coach- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Pat the 'Shrimp' thoroughly dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine all 'Garlic Butter Sauce' ingredients: melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Whisk well to combine.
- Add the dried 'Shrimp' to the 'Garlic Butter Sauce' and toss gently to ensure all shrimp are evenly coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, typically 4-5 shrimp per skewer, ensuring they are not too crowded.
- Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat. If grilling, lightly oil the grates.
- Grill or broil the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque and are cooked through. Be careful not to overcook.
- Serve immediately with any extra 'Garlic Butter Sauce' on the side for dipping, if desired.
