Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat Chicken dry and season with Salt and Black Pepper.
- Arrange Chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While Chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove Chicken from oven and transfer to a large bowl.
- Pour Sauce over Chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Return Chicken to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until glaze is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
