1 cup Peach Preserves
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat Chicken dry and season with Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Arrange Chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While Chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove Chicken from oven and transfer to a large bowl.
  7. Pour Sauce over Chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Return Chicken to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until glaze is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
