Instructions
  1. Core the Apples and cut into 1-inch thick rings. You should get at least 6 rings.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Batter ingredients until smooth.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine the Coating ingredients.
  4. Heat about 2 inches of Vegetable Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Dip each Apple ring into the Batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Then, dredge in the Coating mixture.
  6. Carefully place the coated Apple rings into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the fried Apple rings and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  8. While the Apple rings are cooling, prepare the Glaze by whisking together the Powdered Sugar, Milk, and Vanilla Extract until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
