
Gochujang BBQ Glazed Pork Ribs
Classic Gochujang BBQ ribs, perfect for a weeknight meal. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and a straightforward cooking process.

Pork spare ribs or baby back ribs
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp
Brown sugar
1 tbsp
Rice vinegar

Classic Gochujang BBQ ribs, perfect for a weeknight meal. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and a straightforward cooking process.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Place the Ribs in a large resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over them. Ensure ribs are fully coated.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Place marinated ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2.5 - 3 hours, or until ribs are tender. Baste with Sauce every 30 minutes during the last hour of cooking.
- In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients.
- For the last 15 minutes, broil the ribs on high, watching carefully to prevent burning, basting with Sauce frequently.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
