1 1/2 cups
All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup
Granulated Sugar
2 1/4 tsp
Instant Yeast

A simple, wholesome bread made with graham flour, perfect for toast or sandwiches.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Warm Water, Honey, and Vegetable Oil.
- Pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 200°F (93°C).
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
