Green Tomato Relish
A tangy and slightly sweet relish made with green tomatoes, perfect for burgers, hot dogs, or as a side dish.

A tangy and slightly sweet relish made with green tomatoes, perfect for burgers, hot dogs, or as a side dish.
Instructions
- Combine all Tomatoes and Vegetables ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate saucepan, combine all Brine ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the hot brine mixture over the tomato and vegetable mixture. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle hot relish into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Instructions
- Combine all Tomatoes and Vegetables ingredients in a large bowl.
