Classic BBQ chicken tostadas, perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Crispy tostada shells are topped with flavorful grilled chicken, a simple slaw, and your favorite BBQ sauce.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Chicken ingredients and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes, then shred.
- While chicken is grilling, prepare the Slaw: In a bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients and mix well.
- Assemble the tostadas: Spread a layer of BBQ Sauce on each tostada shell.
- Top with shredded chicken and a generous spoonful of Slaw.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
