1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, gently combine all Beef with all Seasoning. Do not overmix.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, or longer for desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place Cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  6. Toast Hamburger buns lightly.
  7. Assemble burgers with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Ketchup, and Mustard.
