A simple, straightforward hamburger perfect for a weeknight meal or barbecue. Uses readily available ingredients and basic cooking techniques.

Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper

Garlic powder

A simple, straightforward hamburger perfect for a weeknight meal or barbecue. Uses readily available ingredients and basic cooking techniques.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently combine all Beef with all Seasoning. Do not overmix.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 3/4 inch thick.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, or longer for desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place Cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Toast Hamburger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Ketchup, and Mustard.
