  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the Vegetables and Chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and stir well.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetable mixture in the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the Shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Arrange the Frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy and the filling is bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
