Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Waffle Batter ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron.
- Pour a portion of the waffle batter onto the hot waffle iron, enough to cover about half of the iron's surface.
- Place a hot dog in the center of the batter.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and Jalapeños.
- Pour more batter over the hot dog, covering it completely.
- Close the waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the waffle dog from the iron and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
