  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake or grill chicken until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly and shred.
  3. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cayenne pepper, and Garlic powder.
  6. Slice Slider buns in half. Layer shredded Chicken on the bottom halves of the buns.
  7. Pour Sauce over the Chicken. Top with Bacon and Monterey Jack cheese.
  8. Place the top halves of the buns on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
