Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Slaw Base ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the Dressing over the Slaw Base and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
