4 cups Potatoes-cooked and mashed
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Butter-melted
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
  1. Combine all Lefse Dough ingredients in a large bowl and mix until a smooth dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle, about 8-10 inches in diameter, on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Heat a large, flat griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Cook each lefse for 1-2 minutes per side, or until lightly golden brown.
  4. Remove from the griddle and immediately spread with softened Butter. Sprinkle generously with Granulated sugar.
  5. Fold in half, then in half again, and serve warm.
