  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. To make the Crust, combine all Crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
  4. To make the Filling, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, poppyseeds, and flour. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the Filling over the cooled crust and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Let cool completely before glazing.
  7. To make the Glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the amount of milk to reach desired consistency.
  8. Pour the glaze over the cooled bars and let set before cutting into squares.
