  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Cake Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt.
  3. Add the Vegetable Oil, Eggs, Milk, Lemon Juice, and Lemon Zest to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in the Raspberries.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the Crumb Topping ingredients. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. While the cake is baking, prepare the Glaze by whisking together the Powdered Sugar and Lemon Juice until smooth. Add more lemon juice if needed to reach desired consistency.
  9. Let the cake cool slightly before drizzling with the Glaze. Cut into squares and serve.
