Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the Rapid Rise Yeast and Sugar in Warm Water. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add Salt, Olive Oil, and 2 cups of Flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add the remaining Flour, kneading until a smooth dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  5. While the dough rises, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and roll it out to a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
  8. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan.
  9. Spread the Sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  10. Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and Pepperoni Slices.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
