  1. In a large pot, combine all Boil Base ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Add Red Potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, or until almost tender.
  3. Add Andouille Sausage and Corn and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
  5. Drain the pot, discarding the lemon and peppercorns.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally with melted butter and hot sauce.
