🎙️ Cook with voice coach- In a large bowl, combine the Warm Milk, Active Dry Yeast, and Granulated Sugar from the Dough group. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the melted Butter and Vanilla Extract to the yeast mixture. Stir well.
- Gradually add the All-Purpose Flour and Salt from the Dough group, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface into a 9x13 inch rectangle.
- Spread the softened Butter from the Filling group evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with Brown Sugar and Ground Cinnamon.
- Roll the dough up tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal slices.
- Place the cinnamon roll bites in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the Glaze by whisking together the Powdered Sugar, Maple Syrup, and Milk from the Glaze group.
- Once the rolls are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before drizzling with the Maple Glaze and sprinkling with the crumbled Bacon from the Topping group.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
