  1. In a large bowl, combine the Warm Milk, Active Dry Yeast, and Granulated Sugar from the Dough group. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the melted Butter and Vanilla Extract to the yeast mixture. Stir well.
  3. Gradually add the All-Purpose Flour and Salt from the Dough group, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface into a 9x13 inch rectangle.
  6. Spread the softened Butter from the Filling group evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with Brown Sugar and Ground Cinnamon.
  7. Roll the dough up tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal slices.
  8. Place the cinnamon roll bites in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. While the rolls are baking, prepare the Glaze by whisking together the Powdered Sugar, Maple Syrup, and Milk from the Glaze group.
  12. Once the rolls are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before drizzling with the Maple Glaze and sprinkling with the crumbled Bacon from the Topping group.
  13. Serve warm and enjoy!
