  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meat Mixture ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
  5. Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
