  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Boil Potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Add cooked Potatoes and 1 cups of Cheese to the Sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Corn Flakes and melted Butter. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cup of Cheese over the cornflake topping.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
