Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine Chicken ingredients and mix well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Toast waffles and cut into 1-inch squares.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Thread chicken and waffle pieces onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Grill or pan-fry skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Brush skewers with Sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve immediately.
