A classic, comforting blackberry cobbler with a simple biscuit-like topping. Perfect for a cozy night in.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Blackberry Filling ingredients. Gently toss to coat the blackberries.
- Pour the blackberry mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Cobbler Topping ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler topping evenly over the blackberry filling.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
