  1. Prepare the Waffles: In a large bowl, whisk together the All-purpose flour, Granulated sugar, Baking powder, and Salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Milk, Egg, and Melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Cook the waffles according to your waffle maker's instructions.
  3. Prepare the Peach Cobbler Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced peaches, Granulated sugar, All-purpose flour, and Cinnamon. Toss to coat.
  4. Melt the Butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the peach mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the peaches are softened and the sauce has thickened.
