Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Combine all Breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge each chicken breast in the Breading mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Toast hamburger buns.
- Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun. Place fried chicken on the bottom bun, top with pickle slices, and cover with the top bun. Serve immediately.
