Dinner has a soundtrack. 14 songs paced to this 76-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a large bowl, combine Warm Water, Sugar, and Active Dry Yeast. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add All-Purpose Flour, Salt, and Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Knead for 5-7 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  4. While the dough rises, prepare the Sauce by combining Crushed Tomatoes, Dried Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper in a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness and shape.
  7. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  8. Spread the Sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  9. Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and top with Pepperoni.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
