Pumpkin Molasses Bread
A warmly spiced pumpkin bread with a rich molasses flavor, perfect for fall.
1 3/4 cups
All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp
Baking Soda
1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp
Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp

A warmly spiced pumpkin bread with a rich molasses flavor, perfect for fall.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
