A simple, everyday scrambled egg recipe perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
Instructions
- Crack Eggs into a bowl and whisk with Milk, Salt, and Pepper until well combined.
- Melt Butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour Egg mixture into the skillet.
- Gently push cooked egg from the edges towards the center, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath.
- Continue cooking until eggs are set but still slightly moist. Do not overcook.
- Serve immediately.
