Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Chicken with all Marinade ingredients. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- On a large sheet pan, spread out the Vegetables in a single layer.
- Add the marinated Chicken to the sheet pan, spreading it evenly among the vegetables.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Warm the Filling tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve the Chicken and Vegetables in the warm tortillas with your favorite Toppings.
