Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Beef and Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Spread the Beef mixture and Vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Warm Taco shells according to package directions.
  6. Fill Taco shells with the beef and vegetable mixture. Top with Shredded cheddar cheese, Sour cream, and Salsa.
