  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Venison and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Remove Venison from marinade (discard marinade) and sear in the skillet until browned on all sides. Remove Venison and set aside.
  4. Add Onion and Carrots to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Flour over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in Beef Broth and Tomato Paste. Bring to a simmer, stirring until sauce thickens.
  7. Return Venison to the skillet and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until Venison is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot.
