Instructions
- Prepare the Dumpling Filling: In a bowl, combine all Dumpling Filling ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
- Assemble the Dumplings: Place a small spoonful of Dumpling Filling in the center of each Dumpling Wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and crimp the edges to seal.
- Cook the Dumplings: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Gently add the dumplings and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
- Prepare the Sauce: While the dumplings are cooking, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve: Drain the dumplings and transfer them to a serving bowl. Pour the Sauce over the dumplings and serve immediately.
