Dinner has a soundtrack. 18 songs paced to this 76-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Prepare the Dumpling Filling: In a bowl, combine all Dumpling Filling ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Assemble the Dumplings: Place a small spoonful of Dumpling Filling in the center of each Dumpling Wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and crimp the edges to seal.
  3. Cook the Dumplings: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Gently add the dumplings and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: While the dumplings are cooking, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Serve: Drain the dumplings and transfer them to a serving bowl. Pour the Sauce over the dumplings and serve immediately.
