1 tbsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Rub the Dry Rub all over the Pork, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. Place the Pork in the slow cooker.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the Pork.
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until the Pork is very tender and easily shredded.
  6. Remove the Pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  7. Return the shredded Pork to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce. Serve on buns, tacos, or nachos.
