Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Nuts.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Spice Mixture ingredients. Stir well until a paste forms.
  4. Pour the Spice Mixture over the Nuts and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the coated Nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and lightly toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  7. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.
