
Spicy Peanut Noodles

Spaghetti
1/4 cup
Peanut Butter-creamy
2 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil

A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring noodles tossed in a flavorful spicy peanut sauce.
Instructions
- Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- While noodles are cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Honey, Sriracha, Garlic, and Ginger until smooth.
- Add the cooked Noodles to the bowl with the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with Chopped Peanuts and Chopped Green Onions. Serve immediately.
