A comforting and flavorful pizza featuring a creamy spinach artichoke base, mozzarella cheese, and a simple homemade or store-bought crust.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Roll out or stretch the Pizza Dough to your desired thickness and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Make the Spinach Artichoke Filling: In a medium bowl, combine all Spinach Artichoke Filling ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the Spinach Artichoke Filling over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Add the Topping: Sprinkle the Mozzarella Cheese evenly over the filling.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
