Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. To make the Crust, combine all Crust ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  4. While the crust is baking, prepare the Filling. In a separate bowl, beat the Cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Once the crust is baked, pour the Filling evenly over the hot crust.
  7. Bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden brown around the edges.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
