Dinner has a soundtrack. 10 songs paced to this 50-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Combine Berries, Sugar, and Water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add Sweetgrass to the saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the syrup has thickened to your desired consistency. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Lemon Juice.
  6. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the sweetgrass and berry seeds. Discard the solids.
  7. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
