  1. In a bowl, combine all Shrimp Marinade ingredients. Mix well to coat the shrimp.
  2. Marinate the shrimp for at least 20 minutes, or up to 1 hour, in the refrigerator.
  3. While the shrimp marinates, prepare the Yogurt Sauce by combining all Yogurt Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  5. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with cooked shrimp, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with Yogurt Sauce and serve with lime wedges.
