  1. In a bowl, marinate the Catfish fillets in Buttermilk, Salt, and Black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While the catfish marinates, prepare the Coleslaw: Combine Shredded cabbage, Mayonnaise, Apple cider vinegar, and Sugar in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Hot Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Hot sauce, Apple cider vinegar, and Garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine All-purpose flour, Cornstarch, Paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Cayenne pepper to create the coating.
  5. Remove the catfish from the buttermilk marinade and dredge in the coating, ensuring each fillet is fully coated.
  6. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the coated catfish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the fried catfish and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Brush the Hot Sauce generously over the fried catfish.
  9. Assemble the sliders: Place a piece of hot catfish on each Slider bun and top with Coleslaw. Serve immediately.
