  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the Ground Beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the Seasoning to the browned ground beef and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in the Black beans, Corn, Onion, and Bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until vegetables are slightly softened.
  5. Prepare the Cornbread according to package directions, using Milk and Egg.
  6. Pour the cornbread batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over the cornbread batter.
  7. Sprinkle the Shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
