  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Cornbread ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. While the cornbread is baking, prepare the Beef Filling. In a large skillet, brown the Ground Beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  5. Add Taco Seasoning and Water to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Once the cornbread is cooled, cut into squares or triangles. Top each piece with Beef Filling and your desired Toppings.
