1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

A quick and easy take on Chicken Parmesan, using ramen noodles for a comforting and flavorful bake.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat Olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook Chicken until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, combine Marinara sauce, minced Garlic, and Red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook Ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding seasoning packet.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cooked Ramen noodles, Marinara sauce mixture, and cooked Chicken. Mix well.
  7. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  8. Top with Shredded mozzarella cheese and Grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
