Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice: In a small bowl, combine Rice Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Gently fold the mixture into the Cooked Sushi Rice and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Make the Spicy Crab Filling: In a medium bowl, combine Imitation Crab Meat, Mayonnaise, and Sriracha. Mix well.
  3. Assemble the Sammies: Place a Nori Seaweed Sheet on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of Rice evenly over the Nori, leaving a small border.
  4. Top the Rice with a portion of the Spicy Crab Filling, Avocado slices, and Cucumber slices.
  5. Carefully roll the Nori sheet tightly, like a sushi roll. Moisten the edge of the Nori with water to seal.
  6. Slice each roll into two equal pieces. Serve immediately.
