Instructions
- Prepare the Rice: In a small bowl, combine Rice Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Gently fold the mixture into the Cooked Sushi Rice and set aside to cool slightly.
- Make the Spicy Crab Filling: In a medium bowl, combine Imitation Crab Meat, Mayonnaise, and Sriracha. Mix well.
- Assemble the Sammies: Place a Nori Seaweed Sheet on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of Rice evenly over the Nori, leaving a small border.
- Top the Rice with a portion of the Spicy Crab Filling, Avocado slices, and Cucumber slices.
- Carefully roll the Nori sheet tightly, like a sushi roll. Moisten the edge of the Nori with water to seal.
- Slice each roll into two equal pieces. Serve immediately.
