  1. Cook Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving bacon fat in the skillet.
  2. Add Onion to the skillet with bacon fat and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
  4. Add Turnip Tops to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted and tender, about 10-15 minutes. If the pan gets too dry, add a tablespoon of water.
  5. Crumble the cooked Bacon and add it back to the skillet.
  6. Season with Salt, Black Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
