  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Boil Potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add the cooked Potatoes to the Sauce and gently combine.
  5. Pour the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine all Topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
