Dinner has a soundtrack. 13 songs paced to this 60-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine the Beef, Onion, Salt, and White pepper. Do not overmix.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form into thin patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
  3. Heat a large griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the patties are cooking, lightly butter the inside of the Slider buns.
  6. Place a pickle chip and a smear of Mustard on the bottom bun.
  7. Top with a cooked patty and the top bun. Serve immediately.
