White Castle Original Sliders
A simplified version of the classic White Castle slider, made with readily available ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions.

Ground beef-80/20 blend
1 medium
Yellow onion-finely diced
1 tsp
Salt

A simplified version of the classic White Castle slider, made with readily available ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently combine the Beef, Onion, Salt, and White pepper. Do not overmix.
- Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form into thin patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
- Heat a large griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly butter the inside of the Slider buns.
- Place a pickle chip and a smear of Mustard on the bottom bun.
- Top with a cooked patty and the top bun. Serve immediately.
